Al Mu’minun Ayah 46

إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ وَمَلَإِيْهِۦ فَٱسْتَكْبَرُواْ وَكَانُواْ قَوْمًا عَالِينَ ٤٦ to Pharaoh and his chiefs, but they behaved arrogantly and were a tyrannical people.
