Yasin Ayah 8

إِنَّا جَعَلْنَا فِىٓ أَعْنَـٰقِهِمْ أَغْلَـٰلاً فَهِىَ إِلَى ٱلْأَذْقَانِ فَهُم مُّقْمَحُونَ ٨ ?It is as if? We have put shackles around their necks up to their chins, so their heads are forced up,
