Yasin Ayah 70

لِّيُنذِرَ مَن كَانَ حَيًّا وَيَحِقَّ ٱلْقَوْلُ عَلَى ٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَ ٧٠ to warn whoever is ?truly? alive and fulfil the decree ?of torment? against the disbelievers.
