- At Tariq Ayah 1وَٱلسَّمَآءِ وَٱلطَّارِقِ ١ By the heaven and the nightly star!
- At Tariq Ayah 2وَمَآ أَدْرَٮٰكَ مَا ٱلطَّارِقُ ٢ And what will make you realize what the nightly star is?
- At Tariq Ayah 3ٱلنَّجْمُ ٱلثَّاقِبُ ٣ ?It is? the star of piercing brightness.
- At Tariq Ayah 4إِن كُلُّ نَفْسٍ لَّمَّا عَلَيْهَا حَافِظٌ ٤ There is no soul without a vigilant angel ?recording everything?.
- At Tariq Ayah 5فَلْيَنظُرِ ٱلْإِنسَـٰنُ مِمَّ خُلِقَ ٥ Let people then consider what they were created from!
- At Tariq Ayah 6خُلِقَ مِن مَّآءٍ دَافِقٍ ٦ ?They were? created from a spurting fluid,
- At Tariq Ayah 7يَخْرُجُ مِنۢ بَيْنِ ٱلصُّلْبِ وَٱلتَّرَآئِبِ ٧ stemming from between the backbone and the ribcage.
- At Tariq Ayah 8إِنَّهُۥ عَلَىٰ رَجْعِهِۦ لَقَادِرٌ ٨ Surely He is fully capable of bringing them back ?to life?
- At Tariq Ayah 9يَوْمَ تُبْلَى ٱلسَّرَآئِرُ ٩ on the Day all secrets will be disclosed.
- At Tariq Ayah 10فَمَا لَهُۥ مِن قُوَّةٍ وَلَا نَاصِرٍ ١٠ Then one will have neither power nor ?any? helper.
- At Tariq Ayah 11وَٱلسَّمَآءِ ذَاتِ ٱلرَّجْعِ ١١ By the sky with its recurring cycles,
- At Tariq Ayah 12وَٱلْأَرْضِ ذَاتِ ٱلصَّدْعِ ١٢ and the earth with its sprouting plants!
- At Tariq Ayah 13إِنَّهُۥ لَقَوْلٌ فَصْلٌ ١٣ Surely this ?Quran? is a decisive word,
- At Tariq Ayah 14وَمَا هُوَ بِٱلْهَزْلِ ١٤ and is not to be taken lightly.
- At Tariq Ayah 15إِنَّهُمْ يَكِيدُونَ كَيْدًا ١٥ They are certainly devising ?evil? plans,
- At Tariq Ayah 16وَأَكِيدُ كَيْدًا ١٦ but I too am planning.
- At Tariq Ayah 17فَمَهِّلِ ٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَ أَمْهِلْهُمْ رُوَيْدَۢا ١٧ So bear with the disbelievers ?O Prophet?. Let them be for ?just? a little while.
الطارق which is spelled Surah At Tariq in english has meaning The Morning Star is placed at number 86 in the Quran. This surah that contains 17 number of ayah, started on page 591 & ends on page 591 in the Holy Quran.
الطارق is part of & given to prophet Muhammad as the number 36 in the order of Quran revelation.
