At Tawbah Ayah 98

وَمِنَ ٱلْأَعْرَابِ مَن يَتَّخِذُ مَا يُنفِقُ مَغْرَمًا وَيَتَرَبَّصُ بِكُمُ ٱلدَّوَآئِرَ‌ۚ عَلَيْهِمْ دَآئِرَةُ ٱلسَّوْءِ‌ۗ وَٱللَّهُ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ ٩٨ And among the nomads are those who consider what they donate to be a loss and await your misfortune. May ill-fortune befall them! And Allah is All-Hearing, All-Knowing.
