Ar Ra’d Ayah 39

يَمْحُواْ ٱللَّهُ مَا يَشَآءُ وَيُثْبِتُ‌ۖ وَعِندَهُۥٓ أُمُّ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ ٣٩ Allah eliminates and confirms what He wills, and with Him is the Master Record.
