Al Qadr Ayah 4

تَنَزَّلُ ٱلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمْرٍ ٤ That night the angels and the ?holy? spirit descend, by the permission of their Lord, for every ?decreed? matter.
