Al Insan Ayah 30

وَمَا تَشَآءُونَ إِلَّآ أَن يَشَآءَ ٱللَّهُ‌ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمًا ٣٠ But you cannot will ?to do so? unless Allah wills. Indeed, Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise.
